Beauticians Assaulting Each Other & No Appointment

I'm shaking as I type this. I've just had the most shocking experience at Sorbet Greenside! I had a 10 am appt. with Zanele for a tint. Made 5 weeks ago. Got there at 10, waited 15 min. Asked if Zanele was busy? Was told she was behind. Receptionist offered up another girl, Princess, to do my tint as Zanele still had a full set of nails to finish.<br> <br> Princess did not look eager to help and was clearly upset about something. She pointed at the bed, mumbled and left the room. I was bleak. This woman is going to mangle my face, I thought.<br> <br> Next thing, I hear the biggest commotion in the next room! Sounded like a Beirut air-raid! Beauticians screaming at each other and things being knocked over. I thought someone was robbing the shop! It was Princess and 2 other women shouting, shoving each other, slamming doors, cursing!<br> <br> Another beautician (grey hair) tried to calm them down. I started video recording the shouting and door slamming. The grey-haired beautician came in and apologised. Princess said: \Maybe you should book when Zanele is available."Excuse me?
