Bag accidently cut open

I bought two of you promotional bags tonight. The sales lady had difficulty to fit the bags in a shopping bag as they didnt have big bags. She cut of the carton strip to make it fit, when i got home i saw that she accidently cut the cosmetic bag. I know it is accident, however i dont want to use a bag with a big gaping gash in it. Can i please return it to a branch closest to me which is the one in glengarry, brackenfell. Thanks
