BADDEST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Today which 2018/07/01 I had an appointment at 12H30 I got here at 12H28...right now its 13H02 and I haven't even started with my treatment. Apparently the lady that's suppose to service me is Khosi and shes busy with another client. I just wanna know that how is that my fault, I'm suppose to be in meeting at 2pm will I be done by then? The receptionist name is Olga ever since I got here shes been saying I will be assisted in the next minute and it's been over 30minutes now. I'm never ever doing anything with the Sobert in Bluehills ever and I wouldnt reccomend anybody to this branch.!!!!
