Bad treatment/customer service
My name is Zandi a loyal client of Sorbet Cavendish. On Monday, 19 October 2020 I did gelish application on my hand nails. On Saturday, 24 October it started chipping and by that time I was in Eastern Cape. I came back on Tuesday. On Wednsday, 27 October I went to Sorbet Cavendish to inform and show them of what happened. The treatment i received from the lady i spoke to was so bad it made me feel like black customers are not valued at Sorbet Cavendish. She was so in a hurry to assist the white lady that was behind me. She said she cant help me right then she will get someone to call me on Thursday, 29 October 2020. I waited for their call and no one has contacted me. I am not sure whether she thought i wanted them to do my nails for free or what? All i wanted was for them to know what happened and get some one to fix the 3 nails coz i didnt want to go to work with ugly nails but she didnt have time for me. I knew that i had to pay for them to fix the chipped nails but she did not even gave me a chance because i did not matter to her. I feel so disappointed by the way she treated me. It reminded me of the apartheid days where black lives did not matter. She is an oldish coloured lady with black short hair. She was wearing glasses. Please note that i am not writing hereto get your free treatment i do not want it i can afford to pay for my nails.
