Bad treatment

<p>I made a booking with the middelburg branch for a soak off and a gelish on my own nails. The appointment was for 9am and I got there at 9:06. When I got there the lady at the reception said they put another client on my slot who is just doing a soak off and that it will take 10 to 15 minutes maximum.The receptionist then said that I can take a walk around the mall and she will call me. She only phoned at 10:35 where is the 15 minutes? I am so irritated by their treatment and will never use any sorbet for that matter. </p>
