Had my nails done and the girl cut my cuticles so short it was bleeding, ended up with my cuticles becoming severely infected and painful, after 2 days my gel started to lift, I phoned them to complain they booked another appointment to fix my nails then 5 min before my appointment they phoned me to say that they somehow list my appointment dreadful service, I will never use Sorbet again, you have lost a very loyal customer, shame on you
