Bad service on lash extentions!

I visited the Sorbet beauty salon at Canal Walk and had Lash extentions done which ended up in a total horror. I hate my lash extentions and will never do it at Sorbet ever again. First of all it was too pricey for the kind of service I've received. My lash extensions fell out 3 days after and I haven't even touched them nor could I wash my face. I was told it takes 3 weeks to fall out. I went back and had a redo, it ended up falling out again 2 days after with my original lashes attached! It also hurts when I close my eyes because the glue is clumped and hard. I'm disappointed in Sorbet I thought it suppose to be a professional beauty salon. Over priced and horrible service!
