Bad Service

I went to get my nails done yesterday at Sorbet Glenfair, this is the second instance where they don't have someone who can do what I want, I then chose another design, the lady didn't say she cannot do marble, after 3 times of trying she then decides to tell me, not ask me to decide on something else on my nails, I said to her I don't want anything else and her statement to me was "you are giving me a task" and I need to pick something else, after picking someone else I expressed I am unhappy with my nails as it is not what I wanted, she decided to become rude and the lady at reception came to ask me what the issue was and I explained the issue, The lady assisting me then said I chose the design but she did not tell the lady asking me that she insisted on me finding something else to do, they then wanted to soak off my nails and do it again and I told them i didn't have time i have to be at work at 11 and it is now 10:45, the lady doing my nails didn't allow my nails to dry properly as it is smudging now and she said with an attitude you can go to the lady to pay, standing there the lady with an attitude says "you don't need to pay", I asked if she is sure because as I explained the design will grow on me, she dismissed me and said yes, horrible experience and I've had these before with them, when it comes to older ladies they tend to be very respectful and helpful but as soon as you are a young lady they don't feel that the respect element has to be there, after the second bad experience I will never go back
