Bad service and no assistance.

I had a mani and pedi at Sorbet Belvedere Square in Cape Town last week Thursday 7th April in preparation for my daughter's wedding on Saturday 9th April. By the Saturday 2 fingernails and one toenail had chipped. I was in Greyton in the Overberg for the wedding and went directly from there to Cape Town International to fly back to Joburg on Monday 11th April.
This morning I called Sorbet Hyde Park requesting that Sorbet make good on their promise that if you are not happy with your treatment you do not have to pay for it. I asked that the two chipped fingernails and one toenail be repaired - not unreasonable. However, instead of assistance I was treated to a load of bureaucratic BS, with the person who answered the phone telling me I must return to the branch where I had the treatment and complain there.
Firstly, the \promise\" should carry across all branches with the branches invoicing each other. Why make Sorbet's inefficient internal procedures the customer's problem?
Secondly, wake up Sorbet!! This is the 21st century and people frequently travel between cities.
False promises, false advertising and poor business practices.
"
