Bad service

My partner and I went for treatments at the waterfront sorbet in Cape Town and the service we got was the worst, firstly I was having a foot massage and it was mediocre because the lady was just freestyling all the way with no understanding of what she was doing and on top of that the ladies were talking so loud amongst themselves with no consideration that I was having a massage. The was a pedicurist lady who was serving a client next to me screaming her personal life in the salon and due to the small space whatever she was saying to her client was heard by everyone and no one stopped her from speaking so loud. I still repeat the worst experience in that sorbet. As for my partner he was disgusted by the behavior and the quality of the treatment because by the next day the cuticles looked as though the was nothing done to them only the shine was visible to show that he visited the salon. I don’t recommend them at all. I was also informed during payment that the owner will call me and no one did to show they don’t care
