Bad service

I have gone to the sorbet dry bar three time for the same treatment - a Brazilian blowout hair treatment. <br> <br> On two occasions I was only helped an hour after my appointment., the third time I was told that they had no record of my appointment even though I had called and made one. The treatment - the Brazilian blowout on the second occasion did not take to my hair, it left my hair frizzy and did not give the promised smoothing effect as advertised. My hair was also left with a horrible odour when it was wet for a few months after that. <br> <br> The stylists were also rude. <br> <br> I also received a 'one hour' pedicure that only lasted 20 minutes.
