BAD Nail Technician

<p>I visited Sorbet in Rivonia to have a gelish soak off and nail application done. However, I was extremely unhappy with the services. Firstly the application was app**** too thick and I had to go back there the next day, it was still too thick! Gelish usually lasts me a month or so and it only lasted me a week and a half due to the way it was app****. Secondly the lady did not ask me if I have a clicks card or interested in the sorbet rewards card. I spoke to the manager the next day but nothing was done, I app**** for the card after asking for the application and it is now july still nothing was received. I am from dbn, I lodged a complaint last month but still nothing is done. I am very disappointed as I did not experience such poor services in DBN than I am facing in JHB!</p>
