Bad Haircut

Good day, I went to the Nicol way store last week Saturday. 1stly, my hair is not cut correctly. It is unevenly cut, and the style is what I wanted. I showed the Stylest pictures and explained what I wanted but still my hair is not right. I have tried this week to style my hair different ways and all the styles I try, my hair looks funny. I will never go back to that store. I would like my money back as I need to correct my uneven haircut by cutting more hair. Then wait for it to grow out and then have a proper haircut and style. Apart from the haircut, I had a shave (machine) and my beard has patches. I look like an idiot. The 1 side is shaved lower than the other side.

Really a poor experience which I don't ever want to experience again.
