Bad fill and repair

I was at your Sorbet Northgate on Friday to do a fill on soft gel nails. My nails were done by Dudu. Everything went well but one of my nails broke on Sunday. And then others started to peel off. I couldn’t come in then as I was too busy. I came back to the shop on Tuesday 4th March to fix the nails and I was attended by Thembi. She fixed my nails but I just noticed now that my thumb was painted badly and my index finger polish is peeling off. I’ve attached pictures and sent to the email address for the Northgate branch. I’m really so disappointed by the service I’ve received as my nails look absolutely terrible. I will be going back to my old nail salon as this is unacceptable especially coming from the Sorbet brand.
