bad experience-SOrbet the Grove

Went to Sorbet the Grove on Sunday to get my nails done, tips with gelish colour polish. Cost R520. Firstly the nail technicians are not at all friendly. you cant speak to them or ask anything. they sit and chat to themselves or they stop what they are doing to be on their cellphones. The lady who did my nails was very rough. she kept trying to bend my fingers to a point that it hurt while she was filing. i have sores on my fingers where she filed the skin off. The nails are atleast 6 different lengths. this is by far the worst experience i have had. for R520 i expected better service and better looking nails. i will definitely not use Sorbet again. there are people who charge far less and deliver much better results
