Bad experience at Village Mall Sobet

I booked appointment for my nails 💅 and Toes for 1:30pm on the 08th of December 2021 at Sobet Village Mall. I arrived at 1:15pm and waited for my time to start, the the****** came, firstly she didn't great me, secondly she was rude when speaking to me, I asked her to start with my toes since I was about to join a meeting call over the phone for a 15 minutes, she refused to start with my toes as I requested, she forced to start with my nails, shouting at me, saying if I don't want to do my nails I should just leave she works with time, she will lose time if she start with my toes, I became anxious, I requested that they change the the****** since I was very uncomfortable with her and her attitude, the lady at reception, she just said I don't have any one this is the one that will do your nails and now she will start with your toes, then I did treatment finish and paid. Today in the morning my righ had nails 💅 are already lifting /damage, I called the store, the first lady I found said I should come to the store, as I was preparing to go, I got a call from reception and I am told they won't be able to fix my nails, they are fully booked until nextweek. I very disturb by the call, I am about to travel with damage nails 💅 that I fully paid R710 and bad treatment I got yesterday.
