Bad customer service
I got the worst service from Sorbet, The Glen. I booked an appointrment 2 days ago and it was confirmed. When I got there today (after calling them 10mins before my appointment) they tell me they can't find my booking. They also can't help me because the lady who was working 2 days ago is not at work today. They couldnt do anything for me. What really annoys me is that this is the 3rd time this happens with this particular shop. This has been one of the worst customer service I have had. I guess I need to go elsewhere because they clearly don't need my money.
