Bad bad bad

I just want to share my experience at Sorbet. This wasn’t my first time doing business with them, and every time, it has been a bad experience—ranging from disorganization to plain rudeness or simply not doing the job properly. I’ve never submitted a complaint before, but for this, I have to.

I went to get my lashes done by them on Saturday morning. The process was very fast—I was out by 10 AM, so five stars for speed. However, when I entered the room, I couldn’t even get comfortable in the chair because the space was too small. I had to bend my legs just to lie down properly.

From there, things only got worse. When she finished, I couldn’t open my eyes because my lashes were stuck to the bottom. She then had to cut them with scissors and apply new ones. I also want to mention that the glue smelled like super glue.

My lashes were stabbing me so much that my eyes were in pain. I had to keep them closed for the entire afternoon. The burning and discomfort didn’t stop, so I had to go somewhere else to get them removed two days later.

Just a terrible experience—100% do not recommend them for anything!
