Bad attitude, bad wax experience and eyebrow tint

It's the first time I have been to Sorbet sunninghill . The the****** was so rough with the waxing on my face never had such a bad experience before plus asked for full face wax , she just did the eyebrows side of my side of my face I had to tell her what was a full face wax , then asked for eyebrow tint which cost over R100 for brown in colour and but it's like a black and she says she can't do anything about it. She should have not left it for so long. I felt like they were doing me a favour , like I was getting it done for free.The staff when arrived was so unfriendly even on departure same attitude . No work ethics or good attitude they seem miserable bunch of people .
