Bad attitude
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Today (22 Dec'16) I was booked for a soak off and gelish application at Sorbet the Grove mall with Ntombi. My appointment was at 10:45. I arrived at 10:40. Upon my arrival Ntombi said I was too early for my appointment and that she has another client. I informed her that I was on time based on the booking I made the sms noticifation I received.</p> <p>One of the ladies (nail Tech) offered to assissted the other lady. Ntombi had such bad attitude, she lacked the proffesionalism that is attached to the brand Sorbet. She was rude and rushed me through the whole treatment process. She made the whole experince unpleasant for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>After this experince I'm convienced that I will not come back to Sorbet the Grove Mall. However I thought should let you know before I go. I would not want anyone to experince such.</p> <p> </p>
