Awful Service-Sorbet Cavendish Square

I went to Sorbet Cavendish Square today and what a disappointment to be treated badly.

I did not feel one bit welcome by Hassina the receptionist who had a completely different demeanour with the white lady behind me. While I was getting my pedicure done, I was asked if I would like something to drink and I requested water while the white ladies next to me requested tea and cappuccino… I am yet to receive my glass of water while other (white) clients received their beverages. I was annoyed by the treatment and simply wanted to leave the store. The lady who was to do my eyebrows informed me that it was okay and that I could get a refund on the treatment that I didn’t receive. My faith in the owner to refund me the value of the brow treatment since I paid via eft is extremely low since she could not even guarantee following through with the water. Let’s hope the next non white costumer gets treated with respect. Not a good experience with Catherine’s salon where one pays to relax.
