Awful experience at Galleria Amanzimtoti

<p>I booked a Dermalogica facial with high frequency. Apparently the the****** was not informed of the high frequency and just told me that she doesn't do it at all and there was no other the****** to help me. Reception didn't bother to inform me that my requested treatment was not available so I had no chance to try and book it at another sorbet and had t settle for a normal facial. I could tell the the****** was a bit inexperienced and she proceeded to give me a normal quite boring facial that is nothing different from what I do at home. I was very dissapointed by this as we pay quite expensively to have a facial done. She was also sick and snorted and sneezed and coughed all over me the whole time, and she complained about how sick and tired she felt. And she didn't wash her hands properly! I hope I don't get sick!! I have been for many facials before and I can honestly say this was the worst one by far and I wouldn't go back there at all! Luckily I won't have to as I live in Pretoria and was only there on holiday. But it's sad because the high note I wanted to end my holiday on, ended on a very bad note for me.</p>
