Atrocious service at Village Mall Bedfordview

I have complaint to Sorbet Man Village Mall Bedfordview about the atrocious service i received when i did a medi pedi, the customer relations have came back to me, and this is even worse, they promise to refund you if you not sattisfied, i paid even if i wasnt sattisfied and gave them the benefit of doubt, worse mistake, they just dont refund you!!!!!!!!!! Please refrain from going there, you will pay for something you wont get, my feet are in the same state as before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
