APPOINTMENT NOT HONOURED

<p>Such a bad service i got from Mall of the north dated 2016-11-02 , i made an appointment for 9H00 in the morning with this stupid pregnant white lady at rfeception, my appointment was confirmed, today i went there to honour my appointment , wshen i get there, no1 is willing to help me thedy all gave me a stingy attitude and my name is not even on the appointment list . Mamoloto / Mamoloko please attend customer service training , your attitude really stinks,,, you didnt even apologise on behalf of sorbet, you think im stupid i can just wake up early without an appointment. ,,We have thinghs to do in the morning. Please treat customer fairly my sister. If you wsant sorbet Mall of the nort to be rated 5 you need to work on your attitude, after that you said i can come back at 2:30 and you left me there at reception unattended. you went to the baclk. My sister that was a bad service . If you continue doing that to client , you going nowhere.
