appauling service

<p>I have been getting the best treatments ever at silvercrest sorbet but unfortunately they were fully booked so I decided to call sorbet new redruth and little did I know that would be the worst treatment of my life. Firstly it fell like a shebeen with the****** talking and laughing amongst themselves then the lady that did my nails unfortunately didn't have a name tag but my gelish is bumpy.Before I called I spoke to the receptionist Dudu and I asked her if they do the 50% birthday special on treatment and she said yes since my bday is in few weeks, when I was suppose to pay she says it's R500, then I'm like with 50% it's R250.i don't qualify but if I went to silvercrest I wouldn't have experienced this.I had to ask for water but when other clients walked in,they were offered refreshments. It has the worst service ever. </p>
