Appalling customer service and workmanship Sorbet Broadway - KZN

Appalling customer care - Gelish dip nails were inconsistent and the chrome effect washed off the next day as well as damaging the real nail and shape underneath - this was the SECOND set of nails as the first set were also incorrectly done and the foil effect washed off in the shower the next morning. The thickness of the gel was ridiculous and inconsistent with the other nails.

The in-store manager and the actual owner hasn’t bothered to get back to me regarding the workmanship and poorly done nails. Happy to take customers money but not happy to deal with complaints. Worse customer care service I’ve ever experienced and highly advise not to use this sorbet branch.
