Actual Experience is nothing like the advert

There is a Sorbet advert currently doing the rounds on TV which is very misleading - the actual experience is very far from the truth. If you are having a mani or a pedi, then its like a cattle market with too many clients shoved into the space provided - one on top of the other (for the sake of extra revenue). The staff are loud and joke, clearly about the clients, because they all look around to see who is being spoken about. There is nothing relaxing about the experience at all. I haven't booked another session at Sorbet and have no intention of doing so in the future.
