A ****** experience at Sorbet

On 14/10/17 at 16h00 I had my nails done (gel) at Riverside Shopping Centre Bryanston. I left with my nails in a worse condition than when I entered the store. Vuli was in such a rush that she broke my skin on my ring finger causing a little bit of bleeding (this is ok and I know that it happens from time to time when the the****** is not careful) but shortly after that she AGAIN ploughed through my skin on my fore finger and caused a lot of bleeding (it is still bleeding as I'm typing this review). There wasn't an apology - she didn't even offer me tissues to stop the bleeding. I have been a loyal Sorbet client for years but this was absolutely appauling. Not sure if it's a lack of training from Sorbet or/and a lack of staff evaluation but I wouldn't wish this experience upon anyone. I wonder how many times this has happened perhaps without the unhappy client writing a report or simply not returning..
