13 year old **********, trying to spoil mom.

<p>My 13 year old daughter(J) booked for herself, mom and a friend to have a sorbet treat! J was paying for everything out of her hard earned cash. She went on to the website to find out the cost. R255 for a "Power - Sorbet Pro Gel". She took a screen shot if you would like to see it. Upon arrival, J and her friend were treated like second rate customers. No massage, no pre wash for them. Mom got the full treatment. </p> <p> </p> <p>After a disappointing experience J is presented with a bill for R1200. She queried the bill, presented the screenshot of the price on the website and was informed "someone must have uploaded it wrong". After being bul**** into paying the full amount my daughter is flat broke and her birthday present to mom has left a bitter taste!</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully she will learn to be a good consumer and never go back. I have encouraged her to share this experience all her school friends who will hopefully share this with their mothers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope it was worth the R435. </p>
