Not transparent on FB page that clothing comes from Vietnam

Not transparent on FB page that clothing comes from Vietnam. Have been waiting for an order since 5th Dec 2024, now 9th Jan. Tracking nr not updated since 5th Dec. Several assurances that en route but no proof provided. Have requested refund but told they cannot while goods in transit. Now not responding to me. Have a nasty feeling I have lost R780.
