Shipping wrong sizes

The first time I bought my Jordan with them I received a size bigger than what I ordered. The second time around bought a Jordan again, and they shipped a size too small. I'm based in Cape Town and so we didn't still wanna send it back to Johannesburg. So now we have to suffer wearing sneakers we not comfortable wearing because of wrong sizes.

Basically wasted R4800...
