Ordered a pair of On Cloud shoes begining of July, told it would take 14days to arrive, end July no sign of delivery. When I emailed them it was told to me that delivery took place but no parcel received. I asked for proof of delivery and they could not provide one. I asked for a refund and they only willing to refund 70% of the cost. This is dragging on since end July. Eventually settled on the 70% refund as something is better than nothing... Not ideal but they just wouldn't budge. Be careful of these guys.
