Bunch of skelems and ******

The establishment is beautiful however the staff are some ***** characters, be careful not to leave any valuables because retrieving them is tiresome & very confrontational to a point you might need authorities. Lost my iphone in May, it was located in September, tried to retrieve it and they were hostile and *****. They are not even scared of police, they were very rude and aprehensive in such a way that one staff member asked me for my pin so she can check if it's mine, which was awkward. I received my phone disabled, they ignored the personalised message with my contact number and chose silence. I am disappointed at how they handled the situation, I'm grateful for constable Ndebele at Alexandra police Station who difused the owner via a phone call as she was trying to set up her own delusional procedure of giving me the phone. Thereafter, the owner said the **** will give us the phone when we arrive with the police however the **** said I am not the owner and I'm lying and gave the officers a hard time and aggressive tone as if she was stalling. It was a shameful event on their part, but I noticed that most private black owned hospitality places are ********* of some sort, no integrity. 1st time and last time in Pietermaritzburg and all of this was happening in the rain and had to drive back home ****m away, no remorse for the fact that I don't live in the area.
