Sophie's Sandals does not care about their customers!

Sophie's Footwear South Africa is a company with terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic sandals from them at the end of January. First of all i only received them a month later, and secondly one of the pairs was the wrong size. It is now the end of March and even after numerous emails back and forth this issue has still not been resolved. Apparently it is very difficult for them to swop the one pair of sandals for a pair in the correct size. Two months after paying for two pairs of sandals i still only have one pair that i can actually wear and i have lost faith that Sophie's Footwear will ever resolve this. On top of all this i also want to say that although the sandals i can wear are comfortable, to call them "orthopaedic" would be a stretch. I also own Green Cross shoes and those are actually more comfortable than Sophie's. I strongly warn anyone not to order from this company.
