Sophie's footwear

Sophie's footwear advertise orthopedic sandals for swollen feet with a delivery of 3 to 10 days. There shoes are plastic and do not allow for swollen feet. Short piece of velcro to attach strap to. Hard slippery plastic soles. I waited 3 months for delivery. I was asked to be patient as they come from China. First deliver was lost, 2nd one arrived. Requested money to be refunded, as they were totally unsuitable for swollen feet, but small print states that no refund on sales shoes. I wonder why. Well I could swop for another pair of shoes but must pay shipping (Another R280). Very disappounted. R549 for plastic shoes. Their facebook has wonderful comments - cut and pasted under replies, with names blocked out. Never seen anything like this before. Be careful
