A few months ago (Dec 2020) a consumer (Nils H) reported that he had an unpleasant experience with the estate agent under discussion. I have had an equally disappointing experience in as far as that she got me all excited about potential offers/buyers, but the exercise boiled down to her getting me to accept a lower price so that she could conclude the deal. Furthermore, despite her stating that I could apppoint my attorney to do the transfer, she “insisted” that the purchaser’s attorney needs to be used. Question is why? Makes you wonder? I believe that her conduct was *********.
