misleading website refusing to resolve issue

I am sooo dissapointed in this website, and i hope that everyone reads this review. I also have proof incase anyone would like to see it. On 21 April i bought some shoes for my mom online, i do a lot of online shopping, so i know how it works. i chose the first pair of shoes, and then there was a pop up with discount, i thought it was maybe as a first time buyer, but then another popped up, i realised they were just adding to my sale, i went next so that i can review the order and just like that, the sale was completed. i only wanted one pair of shoes, and they took money out my account for two the website says you get 24 hours to request a refund. i immediately email them on two seperate email adressed explaingin that the size of the pair is wrong and asked for a refund for the second pair. i also contacted them on facebook and messenger, and got one reply asking me to email, which i did agian. 5 days later i get an email back saying its too late to get a refund i still dont know if they fixed the size, and i know lots R600 because they mislead people they refuse to talk to me or give me a number that i can contact
