False advertising ********s, don't buy

This company claims to be South African, they are not. I was charged an foreign exchange fee when my payment showed up on statement. The shoes took 4 weeks instead of 7 to 14 days. When shoes arrived they were cheap plastic, nothing like pictures in shop, both pairs were wrong size, one too small, one too big. When I looked up return policy, shoes on sale no returns. All their shoes are on sale!! These shoes cost me R600 a pair, on sale. This place needs to be shut down.
