Worst service ever

I woke up this morning feeling sick with tonsils with two of my children feeling also sick so we went to the clinic and got there at about 5h50 am waited on the que until they opened at 7 am i was number 5 around 8 am Sister Dipuo came and took four people infront of me number 1 to 4 .so waited patiently thinking that my children n I were next around past 11 this is now 3 hours later she took her tea break around 12h07 she came back and called my name and my two kids as well as other people behind me when we got to the consultation room I told her that I will be consulting together with my two kids she rep**** by saying "you and your three children with different surname must step aside and wait for another sister who is on her tea break"she then continued by helping four people behind me number 6,7,8,9 while I'm waiting with sick children and it has been 6 hours since I got to the clinic this morning.what kind of service is Sophiatown rendering with such evil sister s who doesn't care about innocent children what did my children do to deserve such treatment and what is management doing with such nurses in their premises .i am so disappointed and I am considering joining a medical aid even though I can't afford one now but for the sake of my children health they deserve much better.
