Poor service at sophiatown clinic

The service it's horrible especially from the guy who is dealing with files, this guy is not cut off for this job. I was politely complaining because we were only 3 people the whole clinic and I was waiting for 45min no movement not even a person coming out to atleast lie about something but guess what after that 45min I was assisted because I complained. Something needs to be done in that clinic it's like they are doing us a favor
