Deposit not payed out

My deposit was not payed out in full after renting a property from Sophia Hoon properties. An amount of about R 2600 was subtracted for cleaning fees , broken curtain rails and a Dstv dish which I had installed. I understand that the dish can form part of the peoperty but why an amount of R 999 be charged if a dish cost only R 400. I was also willing to go and reinstall the dish on my own cost but received no feedback from the letting agent after several requests The curtain rails was damaged when I moved in and informed the agent as such. She now charges R270 rand to replace railings. It also seems that there was tampered with the indpection list as I can see 2 different hand writings. Amounts of R150 , R79 , R300 charged for cleaning after I had the property well cleaned before moving and there were no complaints at the exit inspection from letting agent. She only responded to several requests for deposit via email and sms after 10 days instead of 7 days ss stated in the lease agreement. I feel I have bee **** to and cheated out of my money however this is more a matter of principle. Estate agents and letting afencies are getting away with theft
