Deposit Not Paid Back

We handed over our keys to the property we rented. almost a month later our depost was paid back. from the R16 000 deposit we only received about R5000 back. when we handed over the keys 4 problems were mentioned which we had no problem with. then later almost R8000 were deducted for paint jobs. where we filled and painted all the holes. their reason was that we were supposed to paint the whole wall. we have lost a lot of money due to the fact that there was a problem with the electricity and we reported it numerous times but they always had an excuse for not fixing it. Don't rent from them!!! They are *****s and *********!!!
