Soobhugs Coache Services raining in the bus

<p>My mum n dad are on a soobhugs bus from capetown and it it currently raining in the bus.</p> <p>So how is this bus on the road every1 on the bus is wet n cold . . . The driver can not stop till the next stop . . . This is unacceptable . . . The owner is not taking calls from the tour people that hired the bus from him. . . Guess this us the reason that they are so cheap . . . Really disappointed with soobhugs</p>
