2 hour waiting time for food arival

Placed an order @ 19:30 - estimate arrival was 20:45. They kept updating the arrival until 21:30. I mean imagine wating 2 hours for your food. Absolutely terrible service and turn around time. I would not recommend anyone order from them ever
