Z3 screen is dead

my z3 D6653 , the screen is completely dead after imersion in water for about 1 minute , the mobile is warking now even the touch screen , but the screen still black .<br> sony service in egypt both Delta and Rizkallah confirmed that the phone is not damaged by water and still waterproof , but they can't repair it and they don't have spare parts .Ihave lost the warranty card, so I can't do anything with them .
