Z3 false advertising

In October 2014 i purchased a Expedia Z3. Dec2014 the screen just cracked for no reason. I took this to Sony boksburg to be fixed at a cost of R5500. In April the back cracked and it did not want to read my sim. I took it in to Vodacom in Eastgate to be fixed and they told me that it can not be fixed as it has water damage. Job number ***1<br> <br> This is either a inferior parts that was used on this phone or the phone is just not what they sell it to be. It is now August and i do not see why i should be without a phone for something that is not my fault. They phone is advertised to be waterproof and therefore they should either fix the phone or replace. Not one of the times was it due to negligence on my side.<br> <br> Please advise on how to take this further<br>
