Good day,<br> <br> I got a contract with Telkom and didn't want to wait for a Samsung so went with the wonderful waterproof Z3 Sony....Well what a mistake there hasn't been a day I have regretted it.... with in a few week I tried testing my \waterproof"phone and guess what it had to go in for water damage....my phone cooks when on charge to the point that I can't touch it!! my speaker is making a weird noise and it's so frustrating as I need to send it in for another week....but why if it's a new phone don't you just replace it!!!! I want a new phone in fact if I could I would give back the phone and go with Samsung cause no one seems to worry to assist a client...they only refer you to the repair centre in Boksburg!!!! IT\""S A NEW PHONE!!!! why must I be without a phone for weeks so it can go in for repairs!! I need Sony to man up and replace my phone!! Nothing wrong with that. What was to be the most exited experience in my life turned out to be just heartache. I hope I get feedback on this as this is now my second complain on hello peter without any feedback!!!
