Z2 Bad quality

Hi there, <br> <br> I have a Sony Z2, and was quite happy up until now, but noticed that my supposed waterproof silicone flap (where the charger connects) has started to deteriorate and tearing across the seal and can't close properly. Today, I had a minor drop on the device and the glass on the screen completely cracked to such an extent that I can't use the phone...something I would never expect from top brand quality phone.<br> <br> I tried calling SSS, after being redirected by Sony today...its absolutely horrible that I would have to fork out at least R4500 to repair items which in the first place should've outlasted at least a small knock and be of a more decent quality, seeing that the phone was priced so high initially as well. I'm quite a bit disappointed Sony! If you provide poor quality parts, you should at the very least cover the replacements yourselves like Samsung does, seeing that you are charging premium for it in the first place!!<br> <br> Please help to turn around this situation.<br> <br> Regards,<br>
