Xperia Z3 - not waterproof

I upgraded to a Sony Xperia Z3 in October 2015. I used the phone in the Jacuzzi under water. After I got out of the Jacuzzi, the phone's screen didn't want to work. We took the phone to Vodacom for repairs and with no communication, they sent me an sms to collect the phone. Upon collection I was informed that Sony refuses to repair the phone, due to LIQUID DAMAGE. I also contact Sony Head Office on *** and they said, SORRY MAM, we can't assist you. Can anyone assist me with the number for the OMBUDSMAN.
