Xperia Z not even splash proof

Honestly I feel like I fell for a bit if marketing hype and possibly false advertising.
I got one hell of shock last night when my Xperia Z (which is supposed to be waterproof for up to 1 meter or 30min) simply got splashed with no more than a palm full of water at the kitchen sink! I dried it off instantly but noticed my volume bar kept flashing... I thought it was odd so I opened up chrome and was about to Google what was up, but then my phone just switched off, After looking at it under a bright light I noticed the screen was still on but the back light was totally off!
So I still tried to keep going until that too finally died...

Long story short, it wouldn't even charge, switch on or anything.
I placed it a safe distance from my heater over night hoping for the best. Then this morning it thankfully worked again!
Since all the ports were sealed, I can only assume the water leaked in through the volume button (hence the volume bar flashing rapped on screen)...
For a phone that's supposed to be \waterproof"";3;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;882464;691257;13;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/08/10 8:56;15/08/10 7:05;Clutch fails after 12000km;6,21E+12;David;***;I bought my Nissan 4L Navara in 2006. For the 1st 60 000km I towed a Sprite Major caravan and a semi rigid rubber duck on vacations and weekends.
While the Navara was under guarantee Nissan did the services. Once out of guarantee (55000km) I started taken it to SAC, which was never a problem.
When I took the Navara for its 120 000km service SAC recommended that I change the clutch which included the flywheel. At the time I did not have any clutch problems, but trusting the professionals I decided to do it. That service cost me +- R23 000,00. Since then I have used it twice to tow a friend's trailer(+- 3m flat bed)
12 000km later my clutch started shuddering. I took it back to SAC.
Firstly they told me that there is definitely a problem with the clutch and they will look into it. They then told me that after they replaced my clutch they found out that the original Nissan clutch they installed was not a good product and that the aftermarket clutch is better. They also told me that I must pay again for the replacement. Upon complaining about that, they told me that it is normal for Navara's clutch to do that and that I can drive like it is, nothing will happen.
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;882465;1360;17;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/08/10 8:56;15/08/10 7:07;Refused Boarding;8,61E+12;Mango Airlines;***;Pathetic is not quite the word that captures this airlines approach to its customers.

After rushing to the check in counter with our 30month old daugther just to find out
we were 3 minutes late.

They refused us, by us I mean 20 odd passengers boarding onto our flight from JHB to CPT.
Needing to pay R 1500.00 for alternative flight only on Wednesday, costing us a grand total of
R 7500.00 in accommodation and rescheduled flights.

Obviously this is part of their corporate scheme to non-deliver services, with the excuse that the onus is on the client and in turn ****** the consumer out of their finances.

again Pathetic does not really capture the essence of this service provider.

Being a public holiday I am sure they left the ******s in charge.
What is this a \Taxi-Service\"" or an Airport?

(Supplier name changed from Airports Company South Africa to Mango by hellopeter.com)
"""
